Yawaragi is the other half of our first blends from Kagoshima. It shares Yabukita with Satsuma, but Okumidori takes the place of Saemidori, and that changes the cup. The bigger pack gives you room to come back to it often. Sift, whisk and give it a few unhurried minutes.
