Yes, to be eligible for wholesale pricing, a minimum order of 2kg per matcha powder is needed. For our ready stock on the shelf products, there needs to be a minimum of 30 packs or more.
Since we source directly, delivery typically takes at least 2 working weeks, and possibly longer if there are any complications with customs. Our matcha powders are flown in and out from the source to preserve freshness, rather than kept in long-term storage.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing it well in advance, especially during peak seasons or holiday periods when customs and logistics tend to slow down further. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you’re working toward a deadline, and we’ll do our best to help you plan around it.

Our wholesale pricing is inclusive of air freight from the source, so there’s no separate freight cost added on top once you’ve received your quote. Once your order lands in Malaysia, local shipping to you is on us, no extra charges to worry about.

We offer almost everything from our Japanese Line and also Chinese Line of Matcha powder for wholesale supply. Each grade is sourced with the same standards we hold for our retail line, so you’re not getting a “lesser” version made specifically for bulk orders. Let us know your intended use: whether it’s for drinks, baking, or both, and we can point you toward the best fit.
Samples are available on request. As part of our process, we require your company to be registered before sending any samples out, as this helps us keep samples going to genuine business inquiries rather than one-off requests. Once verified, we’ll get a sample out to you so you can test it against your menu before placing a bulk order.
We work on a 60/40 payment structure. 60% paid as a deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 40% due before we ship it out. Full upfront payment is also accepted if that’s more convenient for your business. This structure helps us commit resources to your order the moment it’s confirmed.
We don’t currently offer private labelling or custom packaging on our end. That said, you’re welcome to purchase in bulk and handle your own packaging and branding in-house, giving you full control over how it’s presented to your customers.

From Harvest to Powder - The Matcha Production Process
Matcha production begins in the field, where shade-grown leaves are hand-picked at their peak, then steamed almost immediately to lock in their vibrant color and nutrients. This early stage is critical: any delay between harvest and steaming can affect flavor, color, and nutrient retention, which is why timing is treated as strictly as the growing itself.
Once dried, the leaves are sorted and de-veined to remove stems and veins, leaving only the tender leaf material known as tencha, the raw form used to produce matcha. From there, tencha is stone-ground, slowly and at low temperatures, to prevent heat damage and preserve the delicate flavor and aroma matcha is known for. This traditional grinding method, still used alongside modern equipment, is what gives matcha its signature ultra-fine texture.
Before any batch is finalized, it goes through cultivar checks, particle size analysis, and evaluation, tasting and assessing for umami, sweetness, and overall quality, to confirm it meets the grade it’s being sold as. Only then is it blended, packaged, and sealed to preserve freshness until it reaches you.
We work directly with source producers in Japan and also China who combine generations of traditional technique with rigorous modern quality control, so what reaches your business is consistent, authentic, and true to the grade you ordered.
