At Honestea & Co., we offer flexible purchasing options, including subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to our products, you will enjoy regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel or update your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders
A pre-order means you are purchasing a product that is either out of stock or coming soon. Depending on the product, you may be asked to pay in full or place a partial deposit at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored, and the full or remaining amount will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped.
You may cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled if only a deposit was paid.
Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
