Shipping policy
At Honestea & Co., we understand the importance of receiving your purchase in a timely and efficient manner. That's why we offer various shipping options to meet your needs.
Standard Shipping
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Flat rate: RM6–13
- A cost-effective option for customers who want their purchases delivered within a reasonable time.
Express Shipping
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Best for customers who need their orders urgently for an upcoming event or simply cannot wait.
We also provide Grab/Lalamove delivery for express orders within Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan. Please note, this may appear as “FREE” during checkout, but the delivery fee will need to be borne by the customer based on location.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping:
- West Malaysia: Free for orders RM120 and above
- East Malaysia: Free for orders RM150 and above
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at the checkout.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched which is typically the next day or the day after that.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
In the event - Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, don't hesitate to contact customer service with the next steps.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays and will provide tracking information for your order as soon as it is shipped.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders. If you are ordering from outside of Malaysia, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying these additional fees.
If a product is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or replacement if desired. We will work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs.
