At Honestea (M) Sdn Bhd, we are dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a simple refund process within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. Please review the details below:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all components and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

Conditions for Refund

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Refunds are available for items that are defective, damaged during shipment, or not as described on our website.

  • Incorrect Products: If you received the wrong product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds, store credits, or exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be refunded.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Refunds

  • Discounts and Offers: Refunds for discounted purchases will reflect the price paid, not the original price.

  • Gifts: If the item was received as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
