The Mitsu Matcha Collection is inspired by the Japanese ‘mittsu’, meaning three. First, Akari, our everyday Uji matcha for lattes. Then Satsuma and Yawaragi, our first blends from Kagoshima. Whisk a little of each and taste them in turn. Notice the colour, the sweetness and each finish.
